Brian Abelson

Brian Abelson is a musician, programmer, educator, and activist based in New York City. They release most of their work through their label, globally.ltd, which spans open-source software, interactive websites, and electronic music. Brian is passionate about providing reparations to those historically disenfranchised by capitalist society, in general, and the music and technology industries, in particular, and offers give-what-you-can production, mixing, mastering, software development, and education services remotely or in-person at his studio (globally.ltd/studio). Brian collaborates widely with other artists (John Barera + Jennifer Vanilla) previously released music as See Other. As a DJ, he's performed on Boiler Room, Beats in Space, WFMU, and previously held a three-year long residency at Bossa Nova Civic Club.
