Delenz

Philipp Lenz aka Delenz approached first Heavy Metal and then Techno through his older brother. At a young age Lenz made his first experience with Roland-built MC 303 and 505. Upon turning 16 Philipp spent his weekends in Frankfurt’s notorious U60311 and Bingen’s classic Palazzo, finding inspiration from Johannes Heil, Sven Väth, Alter Ego, Plaid, Carl Craig, Richie Hawtin and Christian Morgenstern. He studied sound engineering and works as an award winning audio engineer in Frankfurt am Main/Germany. Although Philipp gets enough time to play with high-end sound machines as a professional sound designer of one of Frankfurt’s best sound engineering studios, he continues his musical explorations in his own Studio in Offenbachs Zollamt Studio.
