Dream Prescription is a New York City duo that draws on post-punk, darkwave and synthpop to forge a unique electronic sound. Tim Robert (vocals/guitar) and Kent Friedman (synthesizer) met as DJ/producers who each made stirs in the international electronic scene. Called “one of the USA’s brightest stars” by Release Promo DJ Pool, Tim appeared at the prestigious Amsterdam Dance Event festival, while Kent was the first American producer to release psychedelic trance on vinyl in the U.S. In early March 2020, Dream Prescription played their first live show to a packed house at renowned NYC club Berlin Under A and released their debut single "Double Life". Undeterred by the ensuing lockdown, the band threw themselves into writing, live streaming and recording, and in October 2020 they released their 2nd single "Never Giving
