Ali & Danielle met in 2008, after separate lifetimes in Montreal, Dubai and Lebanon, while sharing a gig at a cocktail lounge. Today they share a studio attached to their adjoining homes, and a residency at Stereobar. The Head Nodders are a friendly twosome, and their sound is warm. If anything, deep house is home, though they refuse to commit. The blend can be dubby, minimal, melodic or techno, but they build their moments with patience, for a smooth ride on the scenic route.
