Jon Salem

Based in Flint, MI; Jon Salem has made a staggering roll intohis integration within the Detroit local scene. He startedattending clubs in 2006 and ultimately bought his first set inthe summer of 2008 and began experimenting around withthe likes of Trance and Progressive House. As hecontinually to attended clubs to seek a variety of inspirationin sound, Jon worked diligently to refine his genre and learnhis technique. At the end of 2010, 4-years of networking and2-years personal play finally gave way. Jon’s first break intothe live and crowd orientation of DJ-ing was made byDetroit’s famed Dabura.As quoted by Dabura (2010): “Jon seemingly exceeds hisyears in his ability to gather the attention of the crowd withhis mixing.
