Victor Steff is a trance producer and DJ from Republic of Moldova. His innovative ideas in music have enabled him to be discovered by the trance community. Born on January 31st, 1990, Victor has always been passionate about art, especially music. His first successes in the musical arena have generated a huge and very important impulse on him. Some of his tracks have been broadcasted on various radio shows in different countries across the world, such as Australia, France and Great Britain.
