From Pamplona, Spain, Chit Chat Sex Band are Iñaki Kreator- an acclaimed DJ/producer from Navarra- and Sampler- a strikingly emotive vocalist/songwriter from t he USA. A pot ent hybrid of European and American aesthetics, their original sound fuses elements of ebm, neo-industrial, electro-pop, techno, and soul. Since meet ing in 2004 t he duo have writ t en original tracks spanning soulful, melodic, slow-burning, elegantly sensual and evocative electronica to aggressive, driving and distorted, dark strains of ebm and electro-rock. Performing live, Chit Chat Sex Band reject the “just push play” mentality; they are masters of musical improvisation rarely seen in electronic acts, preferring analog sounds sequenced on the fly and live vocals to move the dance-floor.
