Pete Weasel is a DJ, Producer, VJ and co-founder of the Newcastle based record label 22 Digit Records.Pete Weasel aka Peter Bartram began his musical journey into production at the age of 14. Whilst being a member of Indie Rock 5 piece “Catweasels” he started to develop interests in electronic music, in particular what he found at Newcastle clubbing institution SHINDIG. Drawing his influences from what he heard at the club and also influences from the whole spectrum of music he had heard throughout time he began to develop his own style and groove through years of bedroom production.Experimenting through house to techno he then started to carve his own stamp on tech house music.
