Chris Shades

Canadian artist Chris Shades is quickly becoming a force in the international Techno scene. Born, raised and still faithfully living in Toronto, Chris Shades has been making original music from a very young age. Mastering 4 instruments by age 14 and writing song lyrics with a strong drive for creating new and experimental music has lead him to produce all kinds of interesting, innovative sounds. DJing since 2009 at small clubs and events in Toronto he never imagined DJing at some of the cities most prestigious techno venues within the next few years in clubs like Toronto’s historic (DJ Mag #38), Guverment in addition to rocking venues like Coda (DJ Mag #83 in 2022) and the “Bang Tech 12” 20th Anniversary pre- party in Detroit for Movement Electronic Music Festival.
