Danny Shamoun

Based in Los Angeles - Danny Shamoun is a professional multi-instrumentalist. In his formative years, he honed his chops in the Detroit club scene, performing with DJs and Greek bands as a percussionist, while working a day job at a local recording studio. After he relocated to Los Angeles, his skills blossomed, expanding to the keyboard, Ney, and Kawala, As his musical journey unfurled and career took flight, he worked alongside Scars on Broadway, System of a Down, Gogol Bordello, Deftones, Werner Herzon, Guy Manoukian, Sasy,Spencer Brown,GoldCap, Matan Caspi,Stan Kolev, and Klaus Badelt. On stage, Danny is currently the drummer for Sasy - international Persian sensation. In the studio, Danny is either composing Middle Eastern soundtracks, or creating original meditation music - a unique layering of gorgeous Ney and Kawala melodies, over
