David Read's musical trajectory can be roughly charted as punk/hardcore in high school, hip-hop in his early twenties, and after moving to Spain from his native California at 24 years old, electronic music. An ongoing love for these genres gave us “Sine” - a synth-based RnB-electronic experiment with a special attention to the lyrics. Then, David released CHOIR - remixes of the EP accompanied by a music video for the single “Wurley.” The video shines a light on dissociation, the phenomenon of feeling outside oneself and being disconnected from reality, the sensation that your hands are not your own.
