It all started as a joke between friends, but it quickly grew into a bigger venture with an ever expanding team. Behind KARMA CHILD is Dutch/Tunisian Marwen who is a highly successful A&R. Marwen began his career at 18 with Armada Music, where he created the Bearded Man sub-label. This label quicklybecame the strongest sub-label of Armada Music, racking up a healthy 2 billion+ streams in 2 years. One of the early break-out records Marwen signed was Lost Frequencies –“Are You With Me”, which was certified over 50x platinum. Marwen was soon scooped up by Atlantic Records in 2015, becoming the A&R for Atlantic UK. There he worked with artists such as Anne-Marie, Ed Sheeran, and Rita Ora. At the same time, Marwen set up his own management company, Boy
