Melohalo

Melohalo is a musical duo from Vancouver, BC. The band is made up of multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriters Amanda Joan & Nathan Salloum. They blend electronica & trip-hop beats with sultry & haunting pop vocals. Emotionally driven content with reminiscent sounds of Portishead, Melohalo has a vulnerable edge similar to Billie Eilish supported by power, not unlike Alanis Morrisette. Melohalo began writing their music in 2017. They distributed their first independent EP ‘Here’ on August 28, 2018. Their single ‘Fool Me’ 2020 stirred radio play on CJSF 90.1 FM The Vancouver Mixtape playlist in May 2021 & caught the attention of Sheppard Records with a remix pack released on the label. June 2022 brings a new collaboration with The GOAT. The duo maintains their writing schedule for their first full-length album.
