Melvin Spix

Melvin Spix lives in the south of the Netherlands near the city of Maastricht. Since birth, Melvin has always been busy with his passion: music. When he was 5 years old he started playing drums, after that he took music lessons to bring his drumskills to a higher level. His interest in electronic music started when he wanted to know how "dance" music was produced. His love/passion for techno started with the fact that he was inspired by so called rolling and groovy rhythms. His first visit to Awakenings festival confirmed this. From then on, Melvin started to delve into producing techno music. When his EP "System/Black Mirror" was released in 2023, slowly his breakthrough was born.
