Gonzalo Gil connection with electronic music was like love at first sight, in 1993 being a teenager he discovered bands like Nitzer Ebb, Alien Sex Friend, Front 242 and the whole EBM movement unfolded as a musical bug he couldn ́t ever take out of his system.Then he earned a degree as a sound engineer while playing sessions in Madrid ́s late ́90 s underground club scene as “ Wavesound”, experimenting with Jeff Mills, Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Robert Hood, Sterac, Kenny Larkin and Surgeon techno sounds.While combining his sales manager day job duties at iconic Spanish Phrenetic specialized retailer, Wavesound steadily managed to breakout among experienced peers in his early twenties, entering the professional circuit and performing non stop in the hot Spanish techno clubs and festivals (
