Starting out DJing and throwing DIY events in Tennessee, Nikki’s style of DJing fuses his interest in the history and future of global rave music and culture with an unpretentious no-holds- barred attitude. His DJ sets and releases span the spectrum of breakbeat-oriented club music and a bit beyond. Nikki’s simultaneous commitment to both genre-blending experimentation and dancefloor utilitarianism has landed him on highly regarded record labels in both the UK and US, including Wager and Ian DPM’s Scuffed Recordings, Mr. Mitch’s Gobstopper, Barely Legal’s Pretty Weird, and Claude VonStroke’s Dirtybird.
