Chloe Caillet and Josh Ludlow are both DJ's, producer and multi instrumentalists from Paris and London respectively. Both known for their eclectic taste in music as well as fashion they have been lucky to perform at some of the world's most renowned clubs and parties since beginning of their partnership as Pvblic Xcess. These performances have included a residency with Dixon at Pacha Ibiza, Fabric London, Tek Support New York, both London & New York Fashion Week and more. Both Chloe and Josh share a love for music and underground parties which they funnel into their label XCESS RECORDS and their global party brand XCESS
