Thorkell Máni

Þorkell Máni Viðarsson is born and raised in Garðabær, a suburb town to Reykjavík. In 2014 Máni was exposed to Ableton, at the same time he was discovering the house and techno scene in Reykjavik. Invoke by the sound, his productions took direction. It wasn't until 2016 when he laid hands on decks and quickly started playing at after parties. Which lead to opportunities such as warming up for local dj veterans and then, joining and co-hosting a radio show at Kiss FM Iceland with the well established dj collective Vibes. Since then he has shared a stage with names like Henning Bear, John Acquaviva, Dubfire, Exos, DJ Yamaho, Nitin, Tiesto & more. Through the years he's been carefully shaping his sound and studying audio engineering.
