Matt Karat

Born in 1988, Matt Karat began moving his first steps in music since his childhood. He studied classical guitar first and than became a bass player for some Rock bands. At the same time he started experimenting with electronic sounds and rhythmics using virtual and classical instruments. Sounds, noises, anything can be music because every new object can be innovate his tracks making them more complex. From 2012 he began performing in local clubs and parties including the slovenian Ambasada Gavioli where he played with his friend Andres Moreno. In 2015 he released his first Ep “Dreams” for the Tokyo Red Recordings label and than he collaborated with Sydney for Dave Davis’s LAARK label. Both in sets and productions, Matt Karat switches between electronic styles that allows his music to never be taken
