Saint Rock

Saint Rock is a New Orleans based producer, multi- instrumentalist, and the former lead guitarist of the progressive rock band Damiera (Equal Vision Records). He began producing and releasing instrumental works in early 2011, and is best known for his achievements in the Stones Throw Beat Battles, taking several first place wins, including a close victory over the popular beat-maker/producer Mr. Dibiase. Saint Rock's music is a dynamic blend of rock, electronic, and hip-hop interlaced with elements of jazz and World music. Integrating a well-versed repertoire and unbridled range of styles, Saint Rock's experimental dexterity yields hybrid compositions that diverge between melodically eloquent arrangements and inconspicuously calculated, hard-hitting beats.
