Waver is a psychedelic music experience, produced by Túlio Oliveira, natural born from Gôiania in 1988, Brazil! He has his first contact with eletronic music in 2003 in his hometown, after much years frequent part of psytrance festivals and partys he decided start to study and produce his own psytrance music. Waver defines his sound productions is a highly spiritual psychedelic music trip!
