Elio Sottoscritti is feverish about electronic music, for him it's much like the rush of discovering gold. The difference is, where others would squander such riches, he's driven to share every ounce of it he finds as an artist and DJ under his moniker Eliogold. Being from Florence, Elio would pick up on the traditions of central Italy’s house and techno from exposure to big name clubs and parties like Cocorico', Fortezza, and Jaiss before taking to the turntables himself around 2003. Eliogold has been toiling away at finding the right sounds through which to express himself as an artist producer for years, and finally hit his stride in 2012 releasing on UK based label Axon Recordings.
