With a unique and bassy approach to sound design and songwriting, Sam Hipp is quickly making his iconic mark on modern dance music. As a member of the up-and-coming bass music group Aranck, Sam has made an indelible impression on the Tokyo club scene, playing alongside and in support of some of the the biggest up-and-coming DJs in the industry, namely Vivid, Mephi, Herbalistek, Allen Mock, Jay Dunham, Asjockers, and more. Now based in Seattle, Sam has continued his upward trend, topping the Beatport techno charts in December 2020 with his debut EP titled "Wavy Davy" through Seattle's own Munchies After Dark records. After that, solid releases through Talldoor Records and Seattle’s Late Night Munchies have confirmed that Sam truly is a rising star in the modern US tech house and techno scenes.
